Youth Volunteer Program
The goal of the UNC Health Rockingham Youth Volunteer Program is to provide high school students exposure to healthcare in a rural hospital setting while providing an opportunity to give back to their community. The program affords youth an opportunity to explore various healthcare careers that exist in the different departments throughout the hospital and UNC Rockingham Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center.
